Your nurse asks about symptoms and history, then explains the plan for the visit.

The procedure itself — usually 15 to 30 minutes, with checks along the way.

Clear advice on what to expect, what to watch for and how to look after things at home.

Follow-up

A review booking if you need one, and a note to your GP on request.

Not for ear care or general nurse appointments. For some wound or medication services we may ask for a GP plan or script.

Most appointments run 15 to 30 minutes including assessment and aftercare advice.

Yes — family, carers and support workers are welcome in the room.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday closed, Sunday by appointment.
