Veteran support

Support for those
who served.

Nursing, personal care and community support for veterans and their families across South-East Queensland — coordinated with your existing care team and entitlements.

What we do

Practical help, quietly delivered

From a weekly hand around the house to complex nursing at home, support is built around what you want to keep doing yourself.

Nursing at home

Wound care, medication support and monitoring by registered nurses.

Personal & domestic

Help with showering, dressing, cleaning, laundry and meals.

Community access

Supported transport to appointments, groups and social connection.

Carer respite

Planned or short-notice respite so family carers can rest.

Our commitment

Continuity you can count on

You shouldn’t have to explain your history every visit. We keep the team around you small, brief them properly and put your preferences in writing.

  • A small, regular team of carers
  • Nurse-led care planning and review
  • Coordinated with your GP and care team
  • Clear, respectful communication

How we work

What service looks like with us

01

Respect first

Service history acknowledged, preferences recorded, dignity assumed.

02

One point of contact

A named coordinator who knows your situation and answers the phone.

03

Nurse oversight

Clinical review of every plan, with escalation pathways in writing.

04

Family included

Partners and carers kept informed, and offered respite when it helps.

05

Flexible hours

Short visits or full days, weekday or weekend, adjusted as needs change.

06

No surprises

Costs, rosters and changes confirmed before they happen.

Kind words

Veterans and families on our support

“They took the time to read my file properly, so I didn’t have to go over old ground. That mattered more than I expected.”

Ken

Army veteran, Caboolture

“Respite two afternoons a week has given me back a bit of my own life, and Dad is comfortable with the carers.”

Julie

Family carer

“The nurse coordinated straight with our GP about the wound dressings. Nothing fell through the cracks.”

Margaret

Spouse and carer
